About the event

The NRA Chief Range Safety Officer (RSO) program was developed in response to the demand for a nationally recognized range safety officer certification. To become a NRA Chief Range Safety Officer, you must pass the RSO course, Basic Instructor Training (BIT) and demonstrate that you possess the knowledge, skills, and attitude essential to organizing, conducting, and supervising safe shooting activities and range operations. This course is classroom only, and will be held at the VSA office at 1335 Route 44 Pleasant Valley NY 12569. CRSO students will receive a CRSO manual and a certificate of completion. Veterans, Law Enforcement and First Responders receive a discounted class fee of $225 (This includes BIT).
